Silver Surfer Has Trojan

Greetings,sorry if i have posted in the wrong section i am a complete novice to computors.

I have recently purchased a second hand pc,and used bit defenders on-line scanner.

I am using windows vista

I have had the following warnings...

C\program files (x86)\internet explorer\ieinstal.exe infected with trojan.generic. 2029143

status... delete failed

C\windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-ieinstal_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6001.18000_none_e89bd91e91a25d81\ieinstal.exe infected with trojan.generic. 2029143

status... delete failed

and i have reports of trojan generic 2027846 at the same locations both failed to delete.

Also,i have set up an e.mail account at msn,com,and it very much appears as someone is opening my mail!!!

I have not installed software on this pc myself,as it was "sold as seen"

I have looked through quite a few of the posts here,but i am unsure of my next move to resolve this problem.

Any advice much appreciated,

Please export the scanlog and post it here. You can do it like this:

Alternatively, you can find the last scan log, without scanning your system again, here:

C:\WINDOWS\BDOSCAN8\scanrep.html

Well,i simply do not understand this....

I have just done another scan,and bitdefender tells me no problems were found

So all seems well,apologies for any time wasted.
