Hello

I have problem visiting web pages I suppose are java runned exampel chart sites etc.

I have used BDF antivirus 2008 without problems.

I installed 2009 yesterday for renew licens no problem but when I started to use it and visiting pages

it crashed all time needed to use CTRL+ALT+Dele to get out.

So I unistalled the BDF 2009 with BDF unistall tool after that it worked fine.

Again I installed BDF 2009 to see if there was any bad files, but not working this time again so

uninstall and it worked perfect again.

Installed again but not working yet crashing all time.

I run win XP and it works fine with all other programs.

Sending you some wrong mess dumps.

I suppose there is a conflict somewere, I think the preformance on the computor have been slowing down

compared without BDF 2009, the only adware program I have is spy-bot but I had it before with BDF 2008 and there was no problem.

I have unchecked antipishing ,can HTTP traff,live mess traff,yahoo mess traff to try if it works but not.

What to do what to do............

alote of users facing this problem

first be sure there is no virus in your system (use rescue CD)

unisstall BD 2009 from add\remove program reboot PC

then use BD uninstall tool and reboot

use registary cleaner like ccleaner www.ccleaner.com

then install BD 2009 and updates

Thanks for reply, but I hope someone offical will reply about this.

I think it is a 2009 program not 1986 so it should not have this bug.

Facing you say alot of people have this problem so BDF should have fixed it otherwise

it should be a BETA not a regular pay program.
