No Action Possible...gen.trojan.heur.hype
my pc is often affected with viruses named gen.trojan.heur.hype.
it says no action is possible....
please say some solution.....at present i am using trail version....i said my dad that BD is best anti-virus 
......so please give me some solution.....

Hello King Arjun ,
As we saw from the screen-shots , 4 infected files were located in System Volume Information . This means that some System Restore points got infected and in order to remove them , you will have to perform the steps provided in the next BitDefender article : http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB2 . The last file infected file was located in C:\Recycled . This means that you will have to empty your Recycle Bin and everything should be ok after that .
Please perform another Deep System Scan after you follow my instructions and let us know if the same infections are detected .
