Bitdefender Proxy Update Error
Hi, I have installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2008. I able to get updates thru Internet directly; however, I tried to configure for ISA proxy update, but it always showing an update error: " Not authorized to use the proxy server. Please check your proxy settings and try again. " On Update Location settings, Primary and Secondary update location is http://upgrade.bitdefender.com; and Use Proxy checkedbox is ticked. The text box for Administrator proxy settings and current user proxy settings is grey out, so I have entered my own settings under 'Specify your own proxy settings'. The address I have entered my Proxy server IP; Port number is 8080; Username is domain\username; and together with the password. I think these settings should be enough, however it is not working...Is there any special thing that I have miss out????Do I need any configuration done in proxy server??
Thanks for any response.
