Bitdefender Encountered Problems While Processing The Files Below

hi I get this messege everytime I starts my computer

C:\windows\TEMO\bdc6631.temp

do you want to send these files to Bitdefender labs for analysis ?

and then i click yes and the it sent's the fils and the windows says "Bitdefender security service has stopped working and the bitdefender get gray in the corner so what to do

Right, I get home from work at 4:30 AM, and before I go to bed I usually check my email. As I'm doing that today, I get this exact error.

It is now 7:17 am, and I have found where the problem is: BitDefender.

I restored my system to a couple days ago, and lone behold: BitDefender worked perfectly.

I then made the stupid mistake of trying to update BitDefender. After it installed the updates, literally thirty seconds later, guess what pops up?

You guessed it, the same error message!

Now I'm real frustrated, this is nonsense. I really hope they come up with a fix soon, 'cause this program is literally driving me up the wall with the amount of times I've had to troubleshoot it.

I just got the same problem, but not with the same file as threadstarter.

The files that BitDefender encountered problems with are:

bdc1.tmp

bdc20.tmp

bdc3F.tmp

bdc5E.tmp

all located in the windows/temp directory

Then the BitDefender icon turns gray.

hello #2 the pop up pop up's with a different file every time so i dount know whats the problem is

and ok I will try to upload the file but the file is not therer so I think it's generate a new file everytime

but I will upload another fil located at C:\Windows\TEMP that is called bdcEBE4.tmp

BitDefender works fine after the latest update and system reboot.

i know this is an old topic but I've got same problem and I see no specific solution in this topic except getting new update.

in fact i have no problem with updating but even after getting the latest update, I still can't perform a complete scam on my com coz every time it gets to those files, scan stops.

what should I do?

An alternative way to fix this would be to reinstall Bitdefender as support has been discontinued.
