Need Help Scheduling Scans

BitDefender Internet Security 2009


I went into the scheduling area selected "No" on the Full Scan, and then scheduled the Deep Scan to run each day at a certain time. However, the Deep Scan which I scheduled to run earlier is not running at all, and the Full Scan is still running at the time it was set at before I changed the setting to "No".


What am I doing wrong?

    Please go to the next location from your computer: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles , look after the "tasks_system.xml" file, upload it on : http://www.sendspace.com/ , then post here the download link .


    We need to have a look on this file , to see what is the reason why your scheduled scans are not working .
