Help! Bitdefender Update Is Malfunctioning

pls i need ur help and assistance. i installed bitdefender av 2009 and after series of updated i discovered that although it has completed update process, the virus signatures is always 220011 7and the engine version is always 7.21915

In order to be sure that this is not a display issue please follow the steps bellow :

1. Go to the next link:http://www.sendspace.com/file/airbbj and download the

"file info.bat" tool on your computer .

2. Run it and you will see that reports will be generated : BDRegNode.log and BitDefender.log .

3. Please reply to this post with these files attached .

4. Also , please go to the next location : C:\Program Files\Common Files\BitDefender\BitDefender Update Service and look after the file called "v_live_s.xml" . Upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/ then post here the download link .

thanks for your response but fortunately i managed to solve the problem on my own. clean uninstall and the re installing the software solved the problem thanks.
