Hello weisiang ,

For start please follow the steps bellow :

1. Download the BitDefender installation kit from the next link :

http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...ty_2009_32b.exe

2. Make sure that you have enough space on your C drive before downloading it .

3. Run the installation file and if you are still unable to install BitDefender , please check the steps that I have sent you through the email and reply with the generated reports attached .
