I have a query

Can the firewall 2010 blocking the program netcut ?

Hello Henry boy ,

Please follow the next instructions :

1. Open BitDefender, click on the Settings button , choose the Expert Mode then click on Ok . Click on Firewall and temporarily uncheck "Firewall is enabled". Now please test in order to see if the application works;

2. If it does, please re-enable the Firewall , select the Network tab in the upper menu and click on the current "Network Type", pull down the drop-down menu and select "Trusted Local", Stealth to "No" and Generic to "Yes" .

3. Also , click on the Rules tab , click on the Advanced Rules button and then search for any processes belonging to the application that has the issue and check in order to see if it has the Action "Deny" . If this is the case please double click on the entry and change the action to "Allow" .
