Bdis2010 Firewall Disable Problem

Currently I Installed BDIS2010 on My system After Successful installing and Updating it create Problems . After Some Restarts it prompt me Firewall is Disable I try to fix this Proble But I can't fix it.


then I format My PC and Again Install Windows XP 32bit-Sp3 and install BDIS2010 first and update it But, after three or, four restarts the same problem prompt me again. Then I Install Vista ultimate 32 Bit Sp1 and install BDIS2010 and Download BDIS2010 New Installer from given[/color] http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...ty_2010_32b.exe


link and install it it works fine two days after that it also creating same problem with one new Issue. New issue is when i try to update it check for update and download size truly but downloaded size not meet from


given size.

Basically, you will have to go to the next BitDefender article: http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB389-en--Asking...assistance.html run the tools as described and then reply to our email with the resulting reports attached . This files will help us identify the cause of this issue .
