Blue Screen Error And Pc Restarts Suddenly?

I am using BitDefender Total Security 2009. I am getting blue screen and after that my PC restarts automatically. Here is the screenshot.

So I downloaded Microsoft debugging tool to know the exact cause of this problem. I run that tool and get following report.

  • Hello drraman007,

For start you can perform the following steps :

    1. Click on Start choose Run, type: ncpa.cpl then click on Ok.

    2. Right-click on your "Local Area Connection" and choose Properties. In the list of items, it is possible that you have "BitDefender Firewall NDIS Filter Driver". Please uncheck this option then click on Ok .

Another solution will be to upgrade for free to BitDefender 2010, following the steps from the next link:http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=14997 .

    Thank you .
