Cannot Activate Bd 2010. Says Passoword Is Different.

Yet the password is valid, as I can login to the site just fine! Just another problem with BD.

    The specific message is "The activation failed because the password entered by you does not match the one on the server."

  • This is ridiculous. I'm done with BitDefender.

    From what we see, you have a license key valid for more then 1 computers. Do you have the same issue on all of your computers?


    Also, if is possible please trey to change your password then try one more time to register BitDefender under your account. Here is what you have to do :


    1. Reset the BitDefender password accessing the next link:https://myaccount.bitdefender.com/site/MyAc...r_password.html.


    2. Type in your email address, click on Send then check your email inbox and access the link from the email that you got from the BitDefender Registration Service.


    3. Type and re-type your new password then click on Send.


    4. Now your password has been changed.


    5. Try one more time to register BitDefender and let us know what happened.
