Bitdefender Internet Security '10 And Msn Plus

Dear forum members,

I tried Bitdefender Internet Security 2010, but WLM became shutdown. And Plus didn't start. But in Program Add/Remove Plus appeared.And in WLM Menu description was "Software didn't install". I was some messagees and topics about this problem. But nonethings didn't work. What I should about this problem?
