Bd On Vista Issue

I have 2 computers here. One runs Winodws 7 RTM & the second runs Vista Ultimate, both are x64.

BD runs fine on the RTM minus the firewall but will not work at all on the Vista machine.

It installs fine. I restart, it all loads & I enter the cd key. After I click finish, bd is not responding & it says my key has expired. So I restart the machine again & nothing loads after I enter the password for the machine. It just goes to a black screen with the random log in error cannot create group error or something to that effect.

Why will BD not work on the Vista install but works flawless on an unsupported OS???
