Stubborn Generic Password Stealers!

Options

Hi there,

I'm new to the forums.

I'm using BitDefender Total Security 2008 (Version 7.27590) on my Windows XP home desktop, and have run into a bit of a problem with some scan results I've recently received. On this computer I also have installed TuneUp Utilities, SpyBot S&D, and TweakNow RegCleaner.

My problem is in the screenshot below:

The stubborn Generic.PWStealers just won't leave me alone! <img class=" />

After 2 deep system scans, and an attempt at using SpyBot to rectify the problem, I'm stumped - any ideas?

Is this serious? Should I refrain from inputting passwords until I'm sure the problem is solved.

If there is anything else I need to attach then just ask and I will do so.

Thanks in advance.
