Cannot Install Bd2010

Hi

I tryed to install BitDefender Internet security 2010 but failed .

I received a message :

"The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file:C:\Program Files\Common Files\BitDefender\BitDefender Thret Sacanner\TBD13.tmp"

Earlier I used BitDefenderInternet Security 2008 during 2 years and tryed Bitdefender Total Security 2010 several days but now they are removed from my computer.

I wish to use BDIS2010 but I cannot install it. My OS is Win XR home rus. Help, please

In order to be able to help you, please send us a report generated by the sysdump tool. Here is what you have to do :

1. Save the tool from the next link on your Desktop:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...ile/sysdump.exe

2. Run it and you will notice that a command prompt window will appear on your screen.

3. Please note that the information gathering process can take a several minutes therefore please wait until the command prompt window disappear by itself. The output of this tool is a new file called sysdump.tar placed in the same location with sysdump.exe

4. After the file is generated please upload it to :http://www.sendspace.com/ then send me a personal message with the download link .
