Bitdefender Antivirus 2010 Scan Failed

in Bitdefender 2010 products

I am Running Windows XP Home Edition with BitDefender Antivirus 2010.


Under The Virus Scan Tab, My Scan Tasks have Dissappeared only My Docs, Contex Scan, And Device Scan remain.


I Also Can not Run a system Scan It Fails Each Time I run It.


Any Ideas?

    Please go to the next location from your system: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles (for Windows XP) or C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles (for Windows Vista) and look after the file called : "tasks_system.xml" . Upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/ then post here the downland link .
