While Cliking On The Icon, Its Not Opening!

i have been using the Bitdefender since 2007

never faced this prob...but for the past 2 weeks..when i turn on my computer...

if i click on the Bitdefender icon...it doesnt respond...

i tried several ways..

in the Tast Manager i see vserve is running...

but i cant scan, update, cant see anything...

tried 3 times to Repair...but nothing....

help plzz
