Renewal Confirmation

I have renewed my BD license key about 15 minutes ago through this link: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Buy/quickRenew/

Until now, I still haven't received the order confirmation in my e-mail, neither in Inbox, nor in Spam folder. How long does it take to receive it?

Ok, I finally got the e-mail, not sure what the delay was all about.

I have another question though, the e-mail is specifying a different license key (one for BD AV 2010) than the one that I have now. Do I need to activate that one as well or will it be activated automatically?

Hello AndreiRC,

The new serial number will not activate automatically when your previous one will expire and that is why you will have to re-register the product with your BitDefender 2010 key .

I just received an e-mail sounding like this:

"This notice is to remind you that your subscription coverage from BitDefender will automatically renew soon. If you would like to opt-out and cancel your subscription, please go here:

www.findmyorder.com"

And order number and such given for BD AV 2009.

What do I need to do, since I activated yesterday the license for BD AV 2010?

Nevermind, I got the answer in another thread. I went to the site and canceled the automatic renewal, using the order number.
