Problem After Installation Of Bitdefender Total Security 2010 32b

Please help. After installation of BD TS 2010 32b and rebooting my windows cannot continue to logon. It stock on windows logo and loading then it restart again. I try to run it into safe mode but still same problem again. I try it to run into safe mode but it doest work so I have to reformat my pc. What should I do to fix this issue? Please help me.

    Please tell us what Windows system do you use and also if you are able to start your computer in Safe Mode . It was not very clear in your last post if you can do this .
