Anti Virus Plus V10 Not Running In Safe Mode

Hi,

I have got Antivirus Plus V10 and when i try to run it in safemode it comes up with this

Failed to start Virus Shield. Pleae launch the program again.

If the problem persists, please contact your local BitDefender repersentativr or mail support@bitdefender.com

What do i do?

Unfortunatly scanning via Gui in safe mode does not work. You have to do this via command line.
