Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 And W7 Final (build 7600) Frezze Sometimes

after installing the final BD IS 2010 my PC is freezing sometimes. Than I use the power button for hardreset. The fault comes 2-4 times a day. And I use my Lenovo T61 8895 WFJ the whole day.

So I wrote to the Bitdefender Support and explain my problem. I said also that a had no problems with the Windows 7 Final and the Total Security 2010 Beta 3. Now with final I have the problems.

Ok, he said to me, that I should use the Bitdefender uninstaller

I said, in the uninsaller is written, that it is only for Bitdefender 2009 versions (and lower) but not for 2010 and also not for Windows 7.

So I've uninstalled with the uninstaller. After that I've installed BD IS 2010 again. But now it BD isn't working. The prozess bdagent.exe use the whole time 50 % CPU Power and BD isn't working.

it is done! Step by step.

0. uninstalling Silverlight

1. I use the uninstall tool for v2010

2. reboot

3. I've cleaned the registry manualy (searching for Bitdefender deleting entry's)

4. reboot

3. I've downloaded the newest BD IS 2010

4. installing

5. reboot

6. the PC is very slow because the process bdagent.exe use 50 % of CPU speed

7. installing patch from the mail

8. reboot

9. the same again 50% CPU speed using from bdagent.exe

10. restore my PC from a backup witch Acronis True Image 2009

11. now Bitdefender IS 2010 is working like before the mail from support

The fault that my pc is freezing sometimes is the same. I've send you the files few days before.
