No Action Was Possible For Generic Malware
Hello,
5 days ago I have sent an email to the support center with all the required files to remove 2 infected files that BD2010 couldn't do anything about. Since no answer came back I decided to delete them manually. The viruses were in system 32 and they were .exe files. well its seems that after I did that I can't now find my taskmgr.exe neither my regedit.exe!!!! I haven't touched those files but it seems the viruses did their work. So now what to do? Please help. I'm attaching here the screenshot for the report I got after the scan with BD.

Hello Fida,
We need to have a look on the scan report generated on your system . Here is what you have to do in order to retrieve it to us :
1. Open BitDefender and click the "View Logs" link on the lower right. Click the "Antivirus" tab on the left.
2. In the "On-demand tasks" list (the one on the bottom) look for the latest (closest to the top) entry that reads "Deep System Scan" (or another scan that you ran) under the "Task Name" column and "Scan Finished" under the "Name of the action".
3. Double-click this entry and click the "View Scan Log" button at the bottom of the window that just popped up.
4. A browser window will open displaying the scan report. Save this file on a location of your choice, upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/, then post here the download link .

hello Alex,
I did as you asked but I'm really surprised that it seems the email I sent with all the scans and analysis folders where did they go?? I got an answer that they were sent to the virus analysts and will be contacted soon, so where are they?? I'm really so furious since now I can see that when I thought I deleted the virus manually it wasn't really and now I'm trying to find my regedit.exe file I can see the icons and then they are changing to other icons right before my eyes and they are all not working!! guys if I'm not protected from viruses with Bitdefender then what to do???
Anyway here is the link for the deep scan log file and I hope you guys will help me because I can't even make a system restore anymore:
