Bitdefender 2010 Issue

I downloaded bitdefender internet security 2010 few days ago. But always when I turn on the computer bitdefender center is gray... and the games that I played smoothly with IS 2009 are now going slow with bitdefender IS 2010 .... I don't know what to do... i am back on 2009 version

I just want to ask about my games...If this issue is fixed will they be slowen down as it was before?

and one more thing.. my cofinguration:

Intel Celeron 2.4GHz

1gb RAM

Ati radeon 9600 pro 256MB

windows xp professional sp3

Hello kantagara,

If you want an improved performance while you are playing, you should try to keep the Game Mode module enabled. In case the games that you play, are not automatically detected by BitDefender, you can add them manually in the Game Mode list . Here is what you have to do :

1. Open BitDefender click on Settings choose the Expert Mode then click on Ok .

2. Select Game/Laptop Mode then enable the Game Mode module.

3. Select the "Manage Games" button then click on the add button, represented by the "+" sign, browse to the location where your games are installed and add their main executable files.

Now, your computer should be much faster when you are playing a game.
