Grey Systems Tray Icon But Services Are Running!

I usually put my computer into hibernate but I restart it periodically.

I noticed yesterday when restarted the red BD systems tray icon loaded and then turned grey, however when you hover over it it says all services are running ok and when you double click all services are running too.

I restarted but this happened again. <img class= " />

I found a work around by shutting down bdagent.exe via ms-dos and restarting the service again, and the icon stays red.

Tried a total shut down, waited 1 minute and rebooted and all is ok.

Must have been something causing a glitch.
