Facebook Inbox Problem

When I click on my mail in the facebook inbox i receive the following message:

Transport error (#1001) while retrieving data from endpoint `/gigaboxx/endpoint/ReadThread.php?tid=152154276192&readonly=true&__a=1': A network error occurred. Check that you are connected to the internet.

This dosen't occur on other machines.

- what BitDefender product/version you are using;

- what is your operating system;

- are there any other security solutions on the same PC, besides BitDefender?

- what type of Internet connection are you using ;

- when did you encounter this issue ;

- None

- Fiberoptic 10mbit which is active 24/7 (via a D-link router)

Hello Aarrestad,

In order to determine if this issue is caused by BitDefender, please open the program, click on the Switch to Advanced View button then try to disable each module, one by one and then test to see if you have the same issue with Facebook.
