Problems Updating On 2010

Hi. . .for some odd reason I keep getting the exclamation point on my bitdefender 2010 (just upgraded from 2009). When I click on FIX THIS ISSUE (to update) it says FAILED. I've restarted the computer. . uninstalled and reinstalled bitdefender and still having the same problems.


I'm running VISTA 32 bit SP2

    Hello Maw4Angels,


    Please open BitDefender, click on Settings then choose the Expert Mode. Click on the Update module, look if is enabled, hit the Update Now button and let us know what error message do you receive when BitDefender tries to download its updates.
