We purchased BitDefender Antivirus Plus v10 on Monday, August 13th and haven't been able to register it and receive the product. Has anyone out there had the same problem and, if so, what can I do? I've tried calling the company tech support and, after waiting 15 minutes, was disconnected. I've tried contacting them via their "live" support and have received no response. Needless to say, I may less than impressed so far with their service and am very tempted to cancel.
