Problems Registering Bitdefender Antivirus Plus V10
We purchased BitDefender Antivirus Plus v10 on Monday, August 13th and haven't been able to register it and receive the product. Has anyone out there had the same problem and, if so, what can I do? I've tried calling the company tech support and, after waiting 15 minutes, was disconnected. I've tried contacting them via their "live" support and have received no response. Needless to say, I may less than impressed so far with their service and am very tempted to cancel.

Where did you purchased BitDefender? If it's in the online store on bitdefender.com. Normally you receive after a few minutes a mail with your order number,licence key and a downloadlink. Take also a look in your spam/trash folder. If you didn't receive an email contact customer service: Live Assistance You have to click on the image of the girl. After that choose customer care.
