Bd 2010 Anti Spam Module Problem With Outlook 2003

I am using BD Internet Security 2010 and Windows XP.

I have noticed a problem today whereby when I create a new message in Outlook 2003 and send it, it appears in the outbox but sometimes will not actually send unless there is already a message in the outbox. It appears that it will not send the first message in the outbox but further messages go ok. If I disable the anti spam module, everything works ok. The message in the outbox does not have a date on it and just sits in the outbox even after a send/receive.

Hello baz,

Please try to change the server timeout following the steps bellow :

1. Open Outlook 2003, click on Tools from the top then select E-mail Accounts.

2. Click on View and then click Next.

3. Click on your POP3 account, then click Change and then select the More Settings button and hit the Advanced tab.

4. Change Server Time out to at least 5 minutes .
