Right Click No Longer Exist

Hello,

Please I've realized that after I've installed Bit defender Total Security that the right click menu is no longer exist.

Please tell me how can I solve this issue and restore this option as I used it a lot especially send to mail receipt.

So no way to keep my current 2008 version ?

Also where can I find a direct link for the package ?

The reason I do not want to use 2010 is that I do not want to have features that I do not have access for?
