Antivirus Bit Defender Not Working

I facing that don’t find vsserv.exe process listed in the Processes section of Task Manager. I'm using Bit Defender Total Security 2009.


Under General (System Info) livesrv.exe and vsserv.exe are access denied.


I also facing problem to execute antivirus scanning. I have try the patch under http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/consumer/#547 under what to do when the BitDefender scan functions are not working.


It just worked once after perform the patch. Now, i cannot perform the scanning antivirus.
