Problem Of Upgrading To Bis 2010 From Bis 2009

Hi! I used Uninstall tool to uninstall BIS 2009, and want free upgrading to BIS 2010. But, after remove BIS 2009, and download BIS 2010 setup file - BIS 2010 32bit, then install it, and i register by my old account: dungvtbka@gmail.com on Bitdefender website to register. But i cant use that key any more, although it will be expired in more than next 260days.

So what must i do to become registered version of BIS 2010, my BIS 2010 is expired in next 28days!

Help me, please!

Oh, sorry, my old BIS version is 2008, and is only upgradable to 2009, but now i uninstall 2010 and reinstall 2009, but it is till trial version! Help me!

The screen shots that you have sent us through the email, shows that you have installed BitDefender Internet Security 2009. Please try to install BitDefender Internet Security 2010 following the steps bellow and let us know if the registration worked after that :

1. Save and run first the uninstall tool from the next link and then reboot the PC:

http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall

2. Install BitDefender 2010 . Save and run the BitDefender installation kit from one of the following links :

BitDefender Internet Security 2010 32bit

BitDefender Internet Security 2010 64bit

3. Register it with your license key .
