Lost License

Hi,

I lost my new license key for BD AV 2010.

Searching the help pages and ther forum, even getting in contact with the support does not help.

In My BD does not show the new key.

What is the right way to get the license key again ?

My bank account was already charged 1 week ago.

sure with the old licenses but there are only these old ones.
