Can't See The Network.

I have a PC conected to ruter by cabel and a laptop by wirles. On the PC I have vista ultimate and bitdefender IS 2010. I understand that if I want to see my laptop I must set network discovery on, but it's set on custom and if I select on and pres Apply, doesn't work.

This is the ruter page http://192.168.2.1/. On pc I set tcp/ip-4 to http://192.168.2.2/ and on laptop to http://192.168.2.3/. Internet work on both, but network doesn't.

An if I try to add laptop(has bis2010 trial instaled) to network in bitdefender network consol say's:

bitdefender is not instaled or is not accesible.

Can anyoane help me with network discovery?

Ok I turned on from servicies

but know in bitdefender personal network on the pc says computer offline, why is that.
