i've try to use BitDefender 2010 Products in trial but after install it appear 4 unknow file

are they virus? delete it is useless...
it will shown up anytime i reboot computer

The mentioned files belongs to BitDefender and they are part of the Parental Control signatures. Can you tell us how are these files displayed when your computer starts ? Please take a screen-shot, upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/ then post here the download link .

As far as I was told, the Firefox detection was fixed yesterday. Please let us know if it still persists (make sure you update your BitDefender signatures).
