Where Is My Product?

Hello,

I recently purchased bit defender and did not receive an e-mail confirming my purchase. I quickly read the info when I purchased it and understood (perhaps wrongly) that an email would arrive giving me the necessary tools to actually download and use bit defender. Did I misunderstand something? Will it come in a box by mail? If so, is there still an e-mail I should be expecting confirming my purchase?

I had to resort to the forum, because the website has no way for a customer to contact customer service without a license key. I probably made a simple error, but it would be nice to find out.

Any help?
