Renewal Problem

Hi to all

I'm happy bitdefender corporate user.... verry good prog and safe.

Problem:

I buy before 1 year 10 licenses (2 x 5pc usage) and one year no problem but now i try to renew license. Ofcourse clicking on renewval link from AVANGATE ... payments ... ok .

BUT NOW BD2010 get old values for registration and say expired after 14 days (simple from today). I receive e-mail from avangate for ok payments and keys are extended.

1. Reinstall - BD NOT HELP

2. Using tool "BitDefender_Uninstall_Tool.EXE" - also NOT HELP ME. (prog always say old estimated days)

What to do?

Hello Victor Levunliev,

Please open BitDefender, click on the Settings button, choose the Expert Mode then click on Ok. Select the Registration module, click on the Register Now button, type in your license key then click on Register Now. If this is not working, please take a screen-shot of this window, upload it on :http://www.sendspace.com/ then send me a PM with the download link .

My problems solved ... Verry thank's to supporter (Alex Stanciu). My offices are happy with Bitdefender 2010.
