No Action Can Be Taken

I've got a problem with bitdefender that can't take any action regarding a trojan that's on my system. It detected the trojan but disinfecting failed, move to quarentine failed and then delete option also failed and then no action was taken. How do I get this trojan of my system? Please help.

Use the 2 tools presented there, upload the logs on www.sendspace.com (or any other file sharing server of your choice) and post here the download links. You will receive further info after the logs have been analyzed.
