Key Won From Beta Testing Blocked?

I did the beta testing of BD TS 2010 and was given a free year of service for my participation. All of a sudden today my key got blocked and now says Invalid? I can log into my account online and it shows the remaining days but it will not work on my PC. What can I do?

had enough problems with this thing when it was a beta, hope I don't need to go back to Trend Micro or Kaspersky. Gimp.
