Desktop Icons Have Disappeared

All my desktop icons have disappeared. A scan found a few viruses and deleted them, except for one.
Also, the PC's is making a constant loud noise since the infection?
I have the following files for you to review but I am unable to upload them via this forum;
BDFileInfo.log, BDRegNode.reg & 1256103975_1_02.xml.
