[duplicate] Critical Microsoft Updates Are Not Getting Installed

Hi,

I am also unable to fix the critical updates, they appear to install, and then the vulnerability check again turns red and tells me I need to install the Security Update for microsoft XML Core Services Service Pack 2.

I tried following some instructions that were posted on the microsoft website but the problem still exists.

This is quite annoying. I don't know if I have a problem or not.
