Repeated Updates Of Microsoft Xml Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (kb954430).

Hi,

I am usig bitdefender total security 2010 with windows vista home premium SP2. This bitdefender always shows attention/caution/warning, says critical micrsoft updates are avaialble.

After performing bitdefender vulnerability check wizard, it prompts to install selected system updates i.e

security update for microsoft XML core services 4.0 service pack 2 (KB954430). The warning message disappears for sometime after installing this update,

After a couple of minutes, the warning message appears saying critical microsoft updates are available,when the system does

bitdefender vulnerability check wizard, it prompts to with the same update (microsoftcrosoft XML core services 4.0 service pack 2 (KB954430)).

this cycle keeps on continuing, anyone has came across this issue?

Please help me to fix it.

By the way, I tried to override this message to disapper by doing an uncheck of vulnerability check wizard thru bitdefender "configure status tracking tool".

Is it ok to do this? or is it necessary to have this checked to keep the computer safe.

Please drop/share your advise on this.
