Critical Error Msg

hi there

i just installed bitdefender 2010 on both my laptop (using 32bit vista) and desktop (using 64 bit xp) its fine on the laptop so far but on the desktop it keeps giving me a error msg saying ''critical warning'' and that it has to reset bitdeffender giving me the option to send a bug report which i have done but i keep getting the same error msg. anyone able to help this poor uk **** model in need pretty pleeeeesssseee im pulling my hair out as it keeps popping up while im watching movies

Hello vickipeach,

In case the same sittuation occurs, please follow the steps bellow and also let us know what program are you using for watching movies :

1. Open My Computer.

2. Browse to

C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010

- considering that BitDefender was installed on the default C partition

3. Doubleclick on the supporttool.exe file .

4. Click on Next, wait a few minutes for the progress bar to complete and then click on Finish.

5. Go to the desktop and upload the file that was created by the SupportTool on http://www.sendspace.com/, then send me a PM with the download link.
