I Cant Update Bitdefender 2010

Hi,

I've been struggling a few days now with Bitdefender Internet Security 2010. The problem is that when I try to update, the "Status" stays at 0% and after a while I get a circle with a red exclamation mark in it.

Does anybody have the same problem and do you know how I can fix this. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with 2010 <img class= " />
