Stop Bitdefender From Making Permanent Firewall Rules?

I like to be asked if a program can access the internet so is there a way that bitdefender can keep asking instead of only allow or deny and then setting a permanent rule for it..

You probably have the firewall set on "Allow good programs".

Switch it's level to "Report", and on the "Rules" tab, remove the applications you want to be asked about.
