How Difficult Can Be Made To Renew A Liicense?

Oh for the life of me!!!!!!!!!!

Just spent a load of dollars tying to renew my BitDefender Internet security V10(retail version),and got an e-mail

for a down load of Bit Defender version 2010!

I DO NOT want BD Total Security 2010 or any other BD product!

All I want is to renew my BD Internet security V10 license!

I have tried using the old licencse key and the new one provided in the e-mail,but to no avail!

Alex,if you are ther please advise as soon as possible!

Is there anyway to get the v10 Free Edition renewed? I love that version and prefer it to the premium version. I can't find anyway to renew it though : ( I also tried emailing the email provided by the program to know avail.

Please, someone let me know how to renew Free v10. I only want on demand scanning without background processes which 2009 has and they won't terminate with task manager.

I'd be willing to pay for the trouble of generating the new key for Free v10.

Can anyon help?

Actually not, he can install Bitdefender 2009 Free and the license key is embedded in the installation kit.
