Svchost.exe Might Be Infected

Options

Hi,

The Behavior Scanner shows that the file svchost.exe in the folder "system32" is possible a malicious application. This was first infected in 2 weeks ago, and the day before it, the behavior scanner reported that another file in system 32 is infected , name as "instm32.exe," which the file said it was registered to absolute software. I have subscribed to it so I am contacting them to know whether it is real or not. The file is still there, but I am not sure if this is related to this problem or not. Is there anyway to fix this or restore it back to it's original state if it is truly infected?

I wasn't able to attach the file, but I uploaded to mediafire if that work svchost

thank you

  • i forgot to mention that the behavior scan isn't detecting instm32.exe being a malicious app anymore, but the message for scvhost pops up every 30 minute.
