Possible To Continue With Antivirus Plus V.10?

I have been using Antivirus Plus v. 10, and it has been working very well. I really don't much care for the interface or modules of BDIS2008, so I really don't want to upgrade to it. Is it possible for me to continue using Antivirus Plus v.10 until my subscription expires in January 2009? Thanks for your advice!

Yes you can. BitDefender 2008 productline isn't yet available for all languages versions so the 10 th product line is still supported.

I was/am just about to purchase BD av10 as I have been using the trial version. And until very recently I recall seeing a very good deal re BD av10..something like "2 years on two computers for ?". I dont see it anymore <img class= " /> . Is it or some other similar promo around?

You have to buy BitDefender Antvirus 2008. You can choose for 1,3 or 5 users for 1,2 or 3 years.

Sorry that I confused you. I meant that the offer to buy the newest BitDefender 2008 version cheaper is only until 23rd September 2007. You can still use version 10 but you can't buy a licence anymore because the English version for version 2008 is already released. If you bought already a key you can use that to migrate it in the 2008 product.

Actually, I decided to re-install the BDIS2008, and, after the initial shock of the GUI, I think it does kind of grow on you, as others have stated. Lots of it remains very similar in appearance and, although I have no need for the parental control module, if I just enable it so that the status button indicates it's OK, I can tolerate that. Once I settled down and actually took time to look at the whole program's interface, it's not really bad! I believe I'll keep it installed! :rolleyes:

I am only a volunteer so I don't work for BitDefender. I can't tell you but you can ask customer care Click on the icon of the girl and choose customer care. The offer could also be only on total care.
