Missing Dll Files After Scan

After installing the BitDefender 2010 Software on my wifes system and running a scan it identified and .Heur trojan virus. After rebooting the machine now presents the following messages when loading windows:

Error loading C:\users\jacque\ntload.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Error loading C:\windows\system32\notepad.dll

The specified module could not be found.

BitDefender will now fail and request the system be restarted.

BitDefender does not show a successfully completed scan of an kind.

After you obtain these reports , you will need to upload them here then reply with the download links .
