    Hello delphiman,

To set BitDefender Firewall to allow Remote Desktop Connections to be listened and accepted on port 3390, you have to edit the default firewall rule by following these steps:

    • open BitDefender Security Center (Expert Mode)
    • go to Firewall -> Rules and click Advanced
    • WARNING! Be careful what rules you edit here, because editing the wrong rules might cause security breaches or connection loss on certain situations
    • Find a rule which is defined with these details:

      Application: svchost.exe

      Cmd. Line: Any

      Check Parent: No

      Adapter: Any

      Protocol: TCP

Local Address: Any IP : RDP

Remote address: Any IP : 1024-65535

      IP version: Any

      Local: No

      Direction: Both

      Network events: Traffic, Listen

      Action: Allow

    • double click that rule and click the Advanced tab
    • at the Local address section, you can see the Port(s) field, which has the value RDP
    • to change the setting for RDC from port 3389 to 3390, change the Port(s) field to 3390. To allow connections both on 3389 and on 3390, set the Port(s) field to RDP, 3390
    • click OK, Close and close the BitDefender Security Center
    • now your system should be able to receive RDC connections on port 3390

Please post if this solved your problem.
